We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, and we always want to make the experience fair, simple, and stress-free for our customers.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Include all accessories, manuals, and components
• Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, especially products related to pet feeding, grooming, hygiene, or personal pet care.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos or videos showing the issue
• A short description of the problem
Once verified, we will gladly provide a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
• Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return was caused by our mistake.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variation, please contact us before returning the product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
After this timeframe, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The wrong item was sent
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The issue was caused by our error
